About Me
Clara Lucia Jaramillo-Carrier is a Colombian American coach, speaker, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in corporate and nonprofit sectors. With a Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership and Coaching and a PCC certification from the ICF, she has devoted more than 40,000 hours to studying, training, and empowering others. As the founder of Let’s Awaken Purpose and Breaking Through Consulting & Coaching, Clara Lucia is passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their humanity—body, mind, and heart—so they can lead with clarity, compassion, and confidence. Inspired by her name, which means “clear light,” Clara Lucia developed the evidence-based Start Breaking Through Transformative Model, designed to awaken purpose, shift limiting mindsets, and unlock inner potential. Through her powerful coaching, workshops, and keynotes, she supports people in overcoming burnout, embracing their imperfect humanity, and stepping into a life and leadership defined by purpose, personal love, and a positive mindset.
